The Agatha is a waxy potato which lends itself to baking, cooking and roasting. The Agatha is also good in salad, with or without the skin. Its neutral taste makes this potato very versatile in the kitchen.

The potatoes must be firm and smooth when purchased, without wrinkles or protrusions. Wash the potatoes before preparing them. The potatoes are suitable for use with or without the skin. The Agatha can be baked, boiled and roasted.
