ABOUT

Chive has hollow, green stems with a refined onion taste. The herb is often used in dishes combined with mayonnaise or egg. Chive is eaten raw.

PREPARATION

Chive is usually cut or chopped into small pieces and added to a dish. Chive can be stored in the fridge for several days. The flavour will soon be lost if the herb is cooked.
