ABOUT

Cress is a collective name for many different types of seedlings. TFC has included many different types of cress in its assortment. Cress is often sold including the seedling soil. The plant consists of a stem and some leaves. Cress is eaten raw. It’s particularly popular as garnishing on sandwiches or salads and with various different hot meals, as a result of its specific flavour and look.

PREPARATION

Remove the cress from the soil. Cress can be stored in the fridge for up to 10 days.
