The crosne is a root vegetable which stands out as a result of the ring-like thickenings on the tuber. It has a sweet, mellow and juicy flavour. The crosne can sometimes taste a little nutty. The crosne can be boiled, baked or fried like a potato once it has been washed. It’s also a suitable vegetable for wokking.

PREPARATION

Wash the crosne and brush off the tubers. The tubers can then be boiled, baked, etc. The tubers can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
