ABOUT

Dill has green, needle-like leaves which are very thin and vulnerable. It’s a herb with a refined and refreshing flavour, which can quickly become quite overpowering. Dill can be eaten raw or used as garnish with fish (salmon).

PREPARATION

Dill’s flavour comes into its own best when it’s freshly added to a dish. Dill is often also used fried, but this does impact the flavour. Fresh dill in a sealed bag can be stored in the fridge for several days.
