ABOUT

Kai-lan can be compared to a sweet type of broccoli, which is often used in the Cantonese kitchen. It’s a vegetable with thick and flat leaves, which are shiny and green. Kai-lan can be boiled and wokked, or simply eaten raw.

PREPARATION

Buy firm leaves. Was Kai-lan before preparation. Kai-lan can be stored in the fridge for several days.
